Report a Policy Violation
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
Artist's Comments
March 2004. This piece was created for my Advanced Rendering class. The premise is to design a picture using flat colors on one of a variety of templates. The picture is then photocopied, the various pieces cut out and then assembled into a mock-up of a Hawaiian Shirt. The point of the project is to illustrate what happens when you take an image and repeat over and over and over again.
I thought this was a pretty fun and unique project myself. The figure depicted is a character of mine, Black Orchid. It's based on an old picture I have. Hopefully I'll be uploading an updated version of the picture here at some point. For now, consider this the updated version  |
